So about a month ago I started a 30-days to healthy/fit cleanse and I honestly think it changed my life. Not in like world shattering ways but in ways like actually sleeping through the night, losing 6 pounds, and having more energy throughout the day.
I also love smoothies and so having an excuse to have them twice a day if I wanted was awesome. The cleanse isn’t restrictive at all in my opinion as I even found ways to eat out. I already enjoyed healthy meals and so I wasn’t changing my entire diet but I know people who did. I simply had to make substitutions to follow the gluten-free aspect of the cleanse.
It should also be said that I didn’t work out once while on the cleanse and since I was at 2 schools conferences during that time and didn’t have a choice but to “cheat.” Let me tell you for any of you who try the Arbonne 30 day cleanse, cheating is not worth it and it’s only gonna make you realize how crappy all of the things you eliminated out of your diet are.
I feel like there is so much more I could/should share but this week it beyond busy and my brain is completely fogged up.
So here are my before and after pics.
No editing was done to these pics, I simply gained a small tan during that time.
What I noticed most was that all my bloating disappeared and I could actually see definition in my abs again which I haven’t seen that much in a while.
